I thought I would highlight a few past projects that I’ve worked on. I’ve designed and built well over 50 websites while working for a previous design firm so I really can’t promote those sites.
About a year ago one of my family members approached me about building a low-cost ecommerce store to sell a health supplement product that he developed. I did my research and found a great solution using WordPress and a third-party ecommerce plugin that would use Paypal to handle the checkout process. The client also wanted to have the ability to offer recurring payments and promo codes. Since we built the site using WordPress we were able to offer a full content management system so that the client could update all areas of the site.
I was able to provide a number of advanced features that worked really well and did not involve a large investment for the client. We didn’t recreate the wheel by developing a system from scratch and that really saved him a lot of money.
